Police brutality? What’s going on? Lately, all i’m hearing and seeing on tv and facebook is bad police this, and bad cops that! If it’s not racism, it’s bad cops. And a lot of times the media salivates to combine the two.
Recently, I was riding down the street, past a gas station, where I saw an officer had someone pulled over, and out of the car. A quick random thought came to me, about What that guy did to get pulled over. And for a second, (until I caught myself) viewed the officer in a negative way, like the officer was out to simply disrupt positive Flow!
I quickly realized that the media programming was trying to Polarize me, as they do to most people. Seeing this brief insight, I feel compelled to remove myself from those who who may be caught up in the distrust of police, fantasy!
Fear and turmoil Is what sells! We as a society have been conditioned from birth, That the master governor and teacher is Fear! Fear is the only thing that is successful at governing people when people Don’t want to be governed! It’s the almighty ruler of the day.
We cannot see it right now, but the seeds being planted by the media about police brutality, ultimately leads to the lack of respect for an organization that is put into place to bring peace to us all.
Look how amazing it is to hear the positive facts about police officers as a whole, compared to the Manipulation of peoples attention. For every One bad action that an officer makes, there are over One Million Good ones!
One thing that triggered this post was when my 11 year old son asked me, “Why do so many cops beat people up!” And my first reaction is like WT? So then I’m forced to combat the media’s programming with Counter programming, by saying, “No son, the media has got a big stack of Good articles about cops on one side of their desk, and just a couple bad articles on the other side, And they are instructed by their boss to always put out the bad stuff before the good, so their Ratings will go up!”
Thats rediculus that I have to Brainwash out, the brainwashing that our leaders are sending out everyday!
The moral of the story is that, Yes, there are hundreds of terrible things happening out there as we speak! But by “constantly” brining to light, “statistically” segregated bad situations, we fall Way out of Balance with the basic intention of simply raising awareness!
I have found, that if someone Wished for the Best definition, that describes a perfect life, the best answer I could give them would be, “Balance”!!
Our world today has become so Polarized, that the subtle essence of “Give to Recieve” (trust) has been replaced with the Hard edges of , “I must”See to Believe” (no trust)
At least I know that readers of this type of material, are either already successful and influential, or solidly on that path! Either way, Enjoy the Ride!
