Good Stress vs Bad Stress?

The stress word gets thrown around all the time, but how many people really know how stress works all the way down at the most basic levels?

There is a controversy among conspiracy theorist, where half of them say that doctors know about natural cures, but wont tell the patient because then they wouldn’t  buy the drugs that are supporting much of the health care system! The other half of people say that Doctors are not taught holistic medicine, so they just do as they were taught, and Prescribe!

I could argue both sides about evenly, but while most people will debate until their blue in the face, both sides Still argue at levels Well above the real Cause!

Here is an example of Good vs Bad Stress-                                                                                        Lets say “David” is going on a date next Friday. David is a confident person, but has not dated in a while, so he is nervous but also excited!  “Ken” on the other hand, has some insecurity issues from past breakups, but nevertheless, also has a beautiful date next Friday!

As the approaching day looms, both men are indeed experiencing Stress! But amazingly, David’s stress is giving him energy, strengthening his immune system, and all other things in line with the growth stimulation of all his cells!  On the other hand, Ken’s insecurity fears signal his Adrenal system to activate the release of Cortisol (stress horomone) for a solid week!

Anytime the body is in a state of Worry (light fear), the cells in your body are notified by cortisol, and each and every cell goes into Some degree  of conservation of activities! Most notable is the fact that your capillaries constrict  to move more flow toward the core of the body. Albeit at a tiny level, maintaining this state, does not allow as much, your cells to balance their functions!

Being that we know that our cells work Efficiently, In Proportion to the level of stress that we carry, it is clear why the number of disorders, depression & diseases have been steadily climbing!

When cells are more scared, they make more mistakes, and more mistakes, means our immune system has a lot more to cleanup! So please take note and help others to Relieve Stress, Redefine Fears and get Excited about something! Your cells will reward you for it!
